Welcome the first day of fall today!
Focus on: Megan Weber, Art by Zaheroux
Megan Weber is a Michigan based artist and established her studio, Art by Zaheroux, in 2015. Since then she has sold her work around the world and published three card decks, one of them funded through Kickstarter! The name Zaheroux is a name Megan created to represent her creative self.
All of Megan’s current drawings are created with colored pencils and a touch of ink and is heavily inspired by animals, nature, Gothic architecture/themes, and magic. The presence of skulls and bones in her work is her interpretation of memento mori (artistic symbolism that death is inevitable).
