The Dancing Eye Gallery is hosting artists Melanie Brooks and Lisa Grix and featuring their Halloween art this Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. Bob Ross is returning as our skeleton “mascot” again this year for the Skeletons Are Alive kick-off in downtown Northville on Friday eve. Frightful!
Don’t miss shopping our “haunted” greenhouse!
The Dancing Eye Gallery is hosting artists Melanie Brooks and Lisa Grix on Friday, October 1 from 7 to 9 p.m. They will be featuring their Halloween art. This fun night at the gallery is guaranteed to get you in the mood for downtown Northville’s Skeletons Are Alive Launch Party the same evening. Northville will be one big scary town the whole month of October!!
Are you ready? Fall is coming fast! We’re ready, come in and see.
Everyone’s running to downtown Northville to see the skeletons! They’ll only be outside until 10/31. Don’t miss the Dancing Eye Gallery’s own Bob Ross. Step inside for all things Bob and our Skellys! What’s a Skelly, you ask? See below …
The Dancing Eye Gallery has a fanciful collection of Skellys. They hang, they sit and they stand in all sorts of poses. They are a conversation piece and a must-have for the season!
Feeling a little out of sorts this Halloween? What to do? How will it go? To celebrate or not. Never fear, Halloween will continue to be a tradition for a long time to come. Visit the Dancing Eye Gallery for some good-old-local-artist-made Halloween decor, jewelry and cards to put the spooky back in your pumpkin, the haunting in your home and the magic in your mind! Let the witches waltz!
2020 doesn’t scare Halloween! It will continue!!
While we’ve put quarantine behind us, per se, restaurants and bars just aren’t the same as pre-quarantine days. So, downtown Northville is helping to make gathering with friends and family as close to dining and drinking out as possible by creating “The Twist.” You can walk the already-closed streets downtown with “cocktails-to-go” from participating businesses! Or you can still sit and eat outside in the streets, something that has been in effect all summer and will continue.
As Northville continues with the plan to reopen safely, it’s great to be able to take your drink, check out the skeletons and support downtown businesses. Drop in to the Dancing Eye Gallery while you are taking advantage to the Twist and pick up a new mask for indoor shopping. We have so many great patterns and sizes to choose from! In fact, Halloween is filling out store like falling leaves! It feels so festive!
If you experienced Frights and Delights at the Dancing Eye Gallery last Friday, and were wishing we would have another Halloween artist event, or didn’t get a chance to come by then, you are in luck! This Friday, October 9 from 6-9, we will be hosting artists Piper Shano and Doreen DeFauw and their trunk show featuring their adorably creepy dolls! Scary but cute, aren’t they?
Don’t miss the fun with Melanie Brooks (Earthenwood Studio) and Rena Hopkins (The Divine Iguana) this Friday eve, October 2, while they showcase their art – kicking off Skeletons Are Alive 2020 and Halloween! Guaranteed to bewitch you!
Take your photo with our favorite happy painter skeleton, back by popular demand – Bob Ross!
