Holiday Gift Ideas – Week Three

This week we celebrate two holidays: Thanksgiving and Hanukkah. Thanksgiving, celebrated this Thursday, is traditionally centered around a huge turkey dinner enjoyed with friends and family. Hanukkah, an eight-day “festival of lights” celebration beginning this Sunday, focuses on a nightly lighting of the menorah, prayers and eating fried foods, especially doughnuts. The Mackinac Bridge.

The bridge is currently the fifth longest suspension bridge in the world. It’s colors are painted with Federal Standard Foliage Green and Ivory. It connects Michigan’s Upper and Lower peninsulas.
